Pros

Office culture, the workplace was a little outdated but nice. Work-life balance was good. Competitive salary and benefits. If you are sharp you can do well.

Cons

Professional growth outside of QAD products. Work on your skills because they will languish there. Many long-term employees who are comfortable and competent with the product. DevOps needs serious help as well.

Pros

The work culture is nice as the location looks out to a full ocean view on a hill top and there is a gym facility as well as free lunch and breakfast. However at the same time it promoted you to never leave work and work through lunch and hold meetings during the time you should be taking for yourself as a break.

Cons

Upper management takes for granted the employees who work for them. Thank you and please does not seem to be part of their vocabulary and when you work so hard for people that take you for granted it becomes very hard to go to work. Your 40 hour work week is never just that and seems to be more like 50-60 hours. Some executives are not above asking you to do personal errands for them as well. If you want to move up in this company you have to work extra hard for little pay and earning a promotion or even an increase in salary is almost impossible.

Once great, now toxic.

Pros

The amazing former and current employees.

Cons

Leadership are stripping the company down (probably to sell soon) at a cost to the quality of the products and the workforce. Employees sacrificed weekends, holidays, family events for "Operation BugKill" and the "QAD Adaptive" release. Told not to take holidays, needed to be available 24/7. The after the blood, sweat and tears so many of these fantastic, knowledgeable, hard-working people were laid off, without so much as an acknowledgement from the CEO (Sanjay).
