      Learning and growth opportunities are good. You can take up and ask for more responsibilities.

      Cons

      Politics No transparency Policies gets changed as per convenience HR not approachable and play games the targets are kept very high and focus is only on cost cutting

      Great people and culture. Customer focused company with opportunities to work on cross functional global projects that make a difference.

      Cons

      Company performance is closely tied to the manufacturing economy which is cyclical. That said the company is fiscally conservative with a long term focus and a balance sheet to weather any business environment.

      Ability to work at home; challenging projects to work on; very competent co-workers; beautiful offices

      Inconsistent ability to identify and stick to a long term development direction; veto power given to select management that ends up derailing months/years of work; constant emphasis on trying to get 2 man years worth of work done in 6 months with no reduction in scope or increase in resources
