Pros

QAD has flexible hours and locations and work style. The management tries to communicate the corporate plans and goals several times throughout the year. QAD offers fair compensation with an innovative, but conservitive, leadership team. Every week we get excellent communication from the CEO. The main headquarters is a new beautiful building with a gym, free lunch, rec room. The technology provided is excellent and geared toward your success.

Cons

Stock price is flat, we are not seen by the "market" as successful, but we have very loyal customers. Sometimes different departments are not in sync. with the corporate plan.

Pros

1. Remote work for US 2. New laptop every 3 years

Cons

1. No merit increases (last one was in 2024). QAD told employees that there were no increases in 2025 so they could reach a certain EBITDA and people would get their bonuses. 2. Leadership thinks in short term only - they do not think of long-term impacts of their decisions. Such as laying people off to look profitable but then there is no one to work in support.

Thank you for your dedicated 8 years of service to QAD. We sincerely appreciate your contributions to our Customer Service Delivery team during your tenure. It is difficult to hear that you feel our recent focus on financial milestones has come at the expense of our long-term culture and employee stability. We recognize the frustration regarding the pause in merit increases and the impact that headcount changes have on our Support teams' ability to deliver excellence. Please be assured that our leadership is working to balance these EBITDA goals with the necessary investments in our people and infrastructure to ensure QAD remains a sustainable and supportive place to work for the long term.
