Pros

QAD is a global organization, with a diverse solutions portfolio and customers in a variety of vertical industries. That spread makes that there's interesting work and activity available everywhere. While of a reasonable size, the organization is still not too large. This creates a culture of understanding, collaboration and collegiality. QAD fosters it's employees initiative and offers plenty growth opportunities for those that do the right thing, are driving for results and take extreme ownership. The company is growing through acquisitions and strategic investments.

Cons

Due to the worldwide organization, there's always some activity going on. Sometimes requiring meetings or work at strange times to accomodate worldwide timezones. While the company is supportive, managing the work-life balance is on the individual employee.

Since the QAD was acquired by Thoma Bravo 2 years ago, QAD is growing and transforming to a true SaaS company. There are exciting opportunities at QAD to challenge your career.

Cons

There can be instances where the company can be more reactionary to managing the business instead of being proactive. I think this is improving since the acquisition.
