Pros
I got good support as soon as I started on this new position. For instance I first was doing shadowing to another Project Manager in order to understand the Way Of Working, that was great as it was the first time a company does something like that for me as normally when enter to a new position the company leaves you alone. So, you need to learned based on try and error.
Cons
There are not clear processes and not documents or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on how to do the normal activities they expect you to do. So, your learning curve is very stiff anyway I am sure is worth it.
