      Pros

      - Nice office with young people and good atmosphere (Barcelona) - Good pay given the low complexity of the job - Frequent training opportunities - Possibility to move among departments and / or relocating abroad - Good HR initiatives and employee benefits (EMEA) - Good relationship and collaboration with customers

      Cons

      - Dated technology (although they're trying to catch up with competitors) - IT infrastructure offshoring (dealing with the sysadmins in Mumbai drives everyone crazy) - Lower / Middle management seem to lack initiative or innovative proposals - No quality standards in Services delivery (lack of QA processes or code review)

      Pros

      Collegues are long term and good to work with. Pay is at market and projects are challenging. Great modern technology is available. HQ is a stunning place to work overlooking the ocean.

      Cons

      Collegues are long term so it is hard to advance quickly. Some management are stuck in their ways. Product needs faster modernization. Stock value performs poorly and goes up and down.

      Pros

      Process was easy to apply and interview process was simple and great feedback with all the questions you had about the position.

      Cons

      This company will drive you to the ground if you don't mange time wisely. The travel can get a lot to some point which sicks.
