      Pros

      The company culture had been so amazing. There was an era of learning, training, teamwork, and optimism. Our customers loved us and we provided a level of Customer Support and skill that was unlike any of our competition.

      Cons

      Over the past 10 years the company gave up on training and developing existing talent. The company was sold and the entire Support and maintenance experts where outsourced. It is QAD in name only and may not have a future under the current management group.

We are restructuring to ultimately improve QAD and it has meant making some tough decisions and we do not take lightly the negative impact this has had on individuals.
