Thank you for your review. We appreciate your perspective, however we made the shift to remote work during the pandemic and found it to be very beneficial in many aspects. We are also no longer a family run company, but we do have a lot of team members that have worked at QAD for a very long time. We've also implemented an Employee Resource Group that really brings employees together, no matter where they live/work. This truly is making a positive impact. Thank you again for your input and we wish you the best.
