The product is really good.

Cons

At the interview, they tell you reps are making $750k per year. There are 1 or 2 of those. The rest, all of whom are talented salespeople who were earning good money before Qualtrics, make about $250k If you are considering a sales job, you're at 250k.

Good salary compared to similar roles, friendly office culture

Cons

Constant expectation that the lowest level of employee continue taking on more and more workload under the guise of "teamwork," no stability to working structure, a lot of responsibility drift outside of stated job description, enormously difficult to advance in career
