Pros

Some decent folks, decent benefits

Cons

Utah tech is an odd and confusing place if you aren’t from there. CEO Zig and COO Brian are clueless and way out over the tip of their skis.

Pros

Great benefits (401K, good insurance options, vision/dental, wellness benefit, experience bonus), great coworkers

Cons

top-down management is awful at the executive level. October 2023 layoffs have created massive holes in company with no concrete plans to resolve. Company does not support remote work and promotion opportunities are bleak nowadays. Also underpays compared to other SaaS companies

We appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few things, and we hope that folks will give this some consideration: 1. Qualtrics is going through a transformational time -- which, while exciting, comes with some change. 2. Employee feedback is an important part of us understanding our health as an organization. It’s because of that feedback that we can see the team feels improvements in things like our internal processes and communications, while also still seeing areas of opportunity in the speed of roll-outs for changes and other areas. We report on the progress every quarter and will continue to do so. 3. And finally, we aren’t a remote-first company; that’s fair. However, we do have a 2 week remote work policy, as well as support the flexibility folks need within our office attendance policies.

Pros

the actual customer success managers, but they’re well gone from Qualtrics

Cons

While the customer success team itself was fantastic, the leadership was a mixed bag. There were many instances where senior male leadership prioritized self-promotion over actually supporting customer success initiatives. It's important to be wary of titles that may not reflect actual responsibilities at Qualtrics. Steer clear of those who are self appointed SVPs in Provo. The high turnover suggests there may (most definitely) be leadership issues to address.
