Terrible terrible senior leadership. They don’t listen to anyone else and they think they know best. They don’t and Qualtrics is going downhill quickly

Where to begin? C suites and Sr. managements don’t know what the hell they are doing, including the CEO, Zig and COO, Brian! They have never held these positions in the past and it shows! The company is trending downward because of the poor decisions they have both made. The ENTIRE Q staff are all clueless on how to execute on their job! They continue to hire and promote folks who are inexperienced. I’ve never worked for a company that is so unorganized and has no direction, yet they want you to pledge that “ You’re all in”. It’s like a crazy cult.
