Pros

Some good non-medical benefits. Most people are easy to work with and truly care about each other’s success which has made my time here enjoyable. Office perks like snacks, drinks, and free lunches every day make going into the office not too bad. If you like a lot of ambiguity you will like Qualtrics.

Cons

This is an enterprise-sized company operating as a small start-up and it's apparent at every turn. Very small amount of cultural and gender diversity in leadership. Transparency seems to be pushed as a main value of the company but is noticeably lacking as a priority from the top down. Decisions are made without critical understanding of organization/team operations.

Leadership is clueless. place has been a sinking ship for years and they can't figure out how to get it together. the good times at Qualtrics are long over, don't bother looking here.
