Pros

Good pay, great learning experience, sales process is dialed in

Cons

Insights into experiences are only helpful if you take the appropriate actions. Leadership is out of their depth on which levers to pull. Very disengaged and out of touch at the highest levels. Dysfunctional and full of needless friction at operational levels. My sales reps spend 60 percent of their time on needless clicks in the system and internal approvals/battles.

I liked the people I work with and some of the benefits were pretty good. Really cool office.

Cons

Lying about promotional paths and withholding growth opportunities. Felt like the org I was in wasn’t invested in my growth.
