Pros

The leadership are really driven and passionate and this becomes contagious. Agenda and goals are clear and everyone knows what they are working towards. The people at Qualtrics are high on the agenda and part of their big bets - everyone is invested in hiring the best people and making it a great place to work - it's genuine and not just words. Benefits are strong Culture is supportive, ambitious, target driven The values are really lived and breathed here which you don't always find in companies

Cons

flexible working is not supported, making it challenging for working parents or those with dependents

Pros

The hype around Qualtrics is real, and exists for a reason. Every member of Qualtrics is riding the very start of a new category creating wave (XM), and their simply isn't another company with a larger sales opportunity. Competitors are quickly becoming obsolete, and the support we are getting from our new parent company SAP gives us an advantage that is impossible to replicate. To top off the potential for sales professionals, the community and family at Qualtrics truly cares about you. This is the best and most selfless sales culture I have ever seen. Of course, the benefits and pay are unbeatable as well, I'm sure other reviews get into that.

Cons

Not really a con, but just a word of transparency. Coming into Qualtrics right now, requires a hunter mentality. The majority of us love and thrive on that, but just know you will be expected to find deals on your own. Great inbound structure, but to truly take advantage of Qualtrics pioneering the XM category, you have to take initiative on your own as well. As long as you like making money, that shouldn't be an issue. ... :)

Pros

Core job responsibility carries a lot of responsibility and weight. You manage a very large book of business in $ value that include the biggest, most recognizable companies in the world. Every day can be different as you respond to their needs. There are opportunities to take on side projects that have real impact on the business. Leaders are all-in, you have great teammates, and there are ample learning opportunities. The office is unbeatable- snacks, free lunches, plenty of social opportunities.

Cons

Very few cons, the company truly cares about the employees and places their "experience" first. However, because things are so rapid, things can change very quickly and it can be hard to keep up. Diversity is something that is being actively worked on, but the company isn't quite there with regard to gender in senior roles.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. You're right, the rapid pace of change doesn't suit everyone & that's totally ok - better to be prepared. But our leaders and teammates are all here to work towards success together, which makes the ride all the better. Thanks again for sharing!
