Pros

Good pay and Benefits. Onboarding was smooth.

Cons

Constant conflicting directives. No trust to allow me to do the work I was hired for. Manager spent most of the time being indecisive and did not act as a resource often making me feel as if I had to provide direction.

The offices are nice and provide lunch/snacks.

Cons

Silverlake destroyed this company. They cut too many people with historical knowledge and offshored too many positions. Leadership has no idea what they’re doing and everything is code red. Do not join this company!!!

Absolutely atrocious culture from the top down Highly entitled leadership who bully vs enable Entirely dependent on 3rd party implementation partners with their own contracts Training is almost non-existent and/or entirely self-serve
