      Golden Handcuffs and Benefits make it hard to leave

      Cons

      this company creates meaningless work for its employees to make its leaders look good. leaders speak about themselves in the 3rd person, they micromanage only the interest in appearing good. Leaders read internal surveys and confront employees about their feedback & pressure them to give better reviews of them. Every layer of the company seems to know they have no agency to change things meaningfully, yet any meaningful acknowledgement of this fact results in your performance being in under question.

      - Good pay - RSUs - Free lunch - Some good leaders in my org

      Cons

      - Horrible, incompetent C-suite that doesn’t care about its employees - Heartless private equity company making decisions for us - Products suck and have so many tech constraints and we’re all meant to feel like it’s our fault - RTO - Constantly shifting priorities - Absolutely no professional development budget - Everything feels like a firedrill

      My immediate team was great to work with -- both collaborative and supportive.

      Cons

      For a feedback company, they are abysmal at providing feedback to employees. I requested feedback multiple times, and then asked for feedback on why team members with less tenure than myself were promoted before me. I was never given an answer as to why this was. However, from observation, I conclude that individuals that check off certain demographic boxes are more likely to find success here. If you are a POC, strongly reconsider your choice to work here.
