Pros

Inclusive environment Very collaborative environment They tried to delay lay offs as much as they could and when they couldn’t postpone it any longer, they gave people a 6 month grace period to find another job and rehired many folks Balanced work load Work life balance

Cons

Reorgs keep happening which disrupts employees. Lower salaries than other companies

Pros

Free food, good pay, nice office, and some good benefits. You'll also meet great people.

Cons

- Teams feel like they are working against each other. - Since the Silverlake takeover the stance on promotions has been company need and not employee readiness. Doesn't feel great. - Engineers are overworked. Burnout is common and people just disappear for days to have mental breakdowns. - Engineering teams are shrinking. My team is now half from what it started with. - Company feels like it's in maintenance mode since layoffs but still asking for tons of features. Too little butter on too much toast.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, it’s appreciated. I have to agree, there are some really great people here at Qualtrics - definitely part of what keeps me on this team. I recognize the changes to our promotions process represent a significant shift from our previous approach. As we move into the upcoming PDF process at the start of the year, it will be an opportunity for us to gather employee feedback and learn from the experience. Our goal is to support career progression while maintaining a healthy organizational structure, and it’s essential for potential candidates to recognize that we prioritize this balance. The good news is that - over the last year - we’ve seen career growth continue through internal mobility at the highest rate in company history, alongside promotions.
