Pros

Marketshare is very high and there is an opportunity to sell to every part of our customer's businesses.

Cons

Product truth is not there, many gaps in leadership decisions, product enablement. Tons of micro-managing from top executives.

Crumbling from the inside

Pros

Exposure to cool customers, snacks, lunch 5 days a week, public transport to and from home on work days

Cons

Since acquisition by Silver Lake, Qualtrics is no longer the same on the inside. Management has soured and numbers are falling both in attrition and performance. Team isn't happy or encouraged, hostile management styles. Good managers are abundant, but there are a few bad eggs, and the good ones don't have thriving teams with the cards they're dealt. No more DEI team at Qualtrics.

Great people, strong company mission, great benefits, competitive compensation

Cons

Very cliquey, disconnected and unorganized leadership team, last minute fire drills due to poor planning, poor work / life balance
