Good work life balance, bad management

Pros

I worked at Qualtrics for a few years. I didn’t find myself working crazy hours. I did however find management to be exceptionally poor. They constantly made promises they didn’t keep, and they act like they care whilst simultaneously underpaying people and ignoring stress levels.

Cons

Management. Salary. Lack of training. Poor work ethic of sales team impacts all other teams supporting sales.

Pros

Leadership is trying to practice what they preach; honest about faults and shortcomings & trying to be intentional about company culture

Cons

Rapid growth makes it hard to not duplicate efforts, really streamline. Can be tough to find the resource you need
