Pros

Nothing overly wonderful to share.

Cons

I had a terrible experience with my manager and leadership, but I don't think that is representative of Qualtrics as a whole. I will say the support from HR when I was having problems with my manager was not great.

Pros

The teams I worked with at Qualtrics were definitely the highlight, they recruited smart people who worked well together. When the product worked well, clients were very happy with it

Cons

When the product didn't work well, it could cause a lot of confusion with clients, and there was a lot of red tape to get things escalated to the people who could actually fix it The overall direction of the company from the top levels seemed out of touch with what people were hearing directly from clients

Marketshare is very high and there is an opportunity to sell to every part of our customer's businesses.

Cons

Product truth is not there, many gaps in leadership decisions, product enablement. Tons of micro-managing from top executives.
