Pros

The company generally has a great culture and like any company, there are good and bad folks, but like 90% of the employees are great. The others are just duds. The technology actually works, and people are really always trying to improve, so that's a huge plus.

Cons

There are like 500 spreadsheets we need to keep track of and the sales process is a bit of a nightmare, but they know that's the case and they are working to improve it and remove a lot of the additional steps.
