The pay and company benefits were enticing

Very little to no company culture, no sense of direction from leadership, constant changes across roles/teams, no support from higher up but expected to still perform and deliver quarterly results

Pros

- OK pay for a medium size company. - Lots of opportunities to learn - People are respectful and courteous

Cons

- Senior execs are worthless, they just care about themselves and the money they are making. There is no true transparency for employees - Most of the good leaders left after the private equity acquisition

Pros

Overall the benefits are above average for the industry and the technology is much better than key competitors

Cons

Company is downsizing and only hiring in low cost, high value centers (Mexico City, Krakow). Leadership has no plan outside of cutting costs. Attrition is at an all time high after layoffs and people staying are about to do their work, the work of those that were laid off or quit, and help onboard new employees.
