They have good benefit packages and salary

Cons

They are disorganized with payments and some operational processes also they don’t act on the responses of the quarterly employee experience surveys (which they sell)

- Coworkers are some of the best people on the planet. - Decent benefits, but nothing amazing. You'd likely find better benefits elsewhere. - Have an interesting company mission - Decent work/life balance

- Leadership - Leadership - Leadership - Silver Lake - Internal processes You really need to think twice about whether or not you want to join Qualtrics. As someone who worked there for 5+ years, it just isn't what it used to be (for a variety of reasons). The biggest problem with the company right now is leadership. None of them are charismatic or approachable and this is all the biggest job that they've had, making it seem like they are extremely in over their heads.
