Pros

Free lunch, free snacks, unlimited sick time (if you’re even allowed a day off)

Cons

Qualtrics used to be a good place to work… but then incompetent leadership (there’s a solid 5 that are the absolute worst) micromanage, manipulate, and truly are only looking out for themselves and their own compensation. The moral of the business is awful. There’s limited flexibility although they boast about being “hybrid”. They don’t support anything outside of work. Managers are some of the most underqualified people I’ve ever met, and your chance at movement in the company is little to none. They’re cutting benefits, compensation (but not the executives of course), outsourcing jobs to Mexico since it’s cheaper. They have ZERO processes for ANYTHING and no one knows who does what. It’s an absolute nightmare, and people are dropping like flies to get out.
