Pros

The people who work at Qualtrics are top-notch and the benefits are great.

Cons

Leadership is horrible, corporate politics control the promotion process, and there is no transparency even though it's one the core values. The culture has been destroyed by multiple acquisitions, layoffs, and forced RTO (return to office).

Pros

Nice coworkers, even the managers that I know. My work is interesting. Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

The leadership team doesn’t know how to run the company. Laid off hundreds of people without clear plans on how to handle the current backlog. Asking for too many things but don’t provide resources. There are always reorgs and change of priorities every 1-2 months.

Lots of opportunities to wear multiple hats

Cons

Recognition for good work is non-existent and there’s always too many distractions to get real work done. Internal chaos and poor leadership make it feel painful to get anything done. Most teams are stretched too thin to help and there’s PM managers who add no value to the conversation.
