      The ceo makes over 200 million dollars, but instead of having a discount on his money, he choose to layoff employees to reduce cost. There is no transparency when it comes to management's decision. Employees suffer from endless of uncertainty.

      Out of touch c-suits will make on the spot decisions then backtrack from it all talking about how incredible opportunities we have. It's going to be really rough after 1st of april.

      Strong teammates who really care about one another.

      Cons

      The C-suite is out of their league more than I've ever seen before. Most of them have never worked anywhere else and it shows with their lack of strategy, professionalism, and diversity at the C-suite level down through senior management. Very sad to see them continue to run this place into the ground.
