      * Exciting opportunity to work on creating a new industry segment XM (Experience Management). * Lots of training & learning opportunities (engineerings get to use 10% of their time to just learn new things, tuition reimbursement, book clubs, tech talks, white paper groups, start senior engineers to learn from. * Culture & people

      Cons

      * You'll likely need to give more than the typical 9-5pm to keep up * Company & processes are constantly changing. Reorgs are very common. Processes are constantly being reinvented.
