Parties, food, soda and a beautiful campus

Cons

Recruiters will promise you things and not deliver, as well as oversell what your position will be. For example, the project management team is nicknamed panels internally because all you’ll do is get respondents for surveys. Also, the culture is one were you will directly compete against your coworkers because everyone is rated on a curve. If you are qualified for a position at Qualtrics, you can easily get a job elsewhere that will be better in every way.

- Autonomy: I had the ability to determine my own work and drive results - Transparency: Company leaders were very transparent with expectations and overall direction of Qualtrics - People: I worked with incredibly smart and talented people who worked well as a team - Benefits - amazing benefits

Cons

Work life balance - sometimes the workload was rough.

Cons

- Sometimes it feels like it can't keep up with how fast it's growing but this should even out eventually
