Fantastic Company. - You can really grow a foundational Sales Career here. - Great Culture - Strong connections with Employees - Awesome Technology

Cons

- Management in APAC do not listen to the voice of their own employees to implement change - I remember One Manager who would continuously lie, pit employees against each other and had clearly no sales experience to share. - Quotas are not realistic to the demand of market.

Be aware of stock policy

good ocean view in seattle office

Cons

there are multiple version of contract about stock, one of them will forfeit all your stock if you left the company. I am unaware about it when I sign offer letter, please be aware of it and discuss with HR
