Constantly surrounded by smart people willing to help. Code reviews are taken seriously and impact the quality of your code positively. Great work life balance and a very cohesive team culture all around. Delicious food is catered in the Seattle office 4 times a week. Open layout plan is beautiful and promotes collaboration. Both the work and the product is interesting and intellectually stimulating.

Cons

Depending on the team, bug fixing may become tedious, especially with continual releases and the small number of people on each team. Balancing working on your own project/feature and bug fixing can be tough sometimes.
