Pros

They provide free lunch, that's the only good thing I can think of.

Cons

- Unrealistic Quotas - Leadership is so far removed from what is going on in the day to day - Outsourced teams to Mexico making everyone else's jobs 10x harder because they were not trained well - Losing clients from language barriers from the Mexico teams - No plans to fix anything, gets worse and worse each year - Commission rates decreased, while quotas increases and books got smaller - Leadership doesn't care about anyone

Cons

Toxic culture with a lot of politics, cliques, department fiefdoms vying for power. Now acquired by private equity so expect ongoing redundancies, and stagnant to little career growth opportunities
