Pros

Qualtrics is a great place to start your career. Really good environment and development opportunities.

Cons

Leadership is not very polished. It sometimes feels that they pick and choose who they want to succeed.

Pros

There were some really good people in the organisation but there was no real middle ground. 25% really good 75% really bad.

Cons

A significant proportion of the staff are snotty, arrogant narcissists who you wouldn't trust in a heartbeat. Truly some of the most fake and disingenuous people I have ever encountered in this industry. The two leaders in Dublin are good, experienced, intelligent, genuine, honest people but I think they are too far under the influence of the cronies in Utah. Sales org is a mess. Too many problems to list which will take at the bare minimum of a year to sort out if they manage it at all. I would imagine a significant change in structure will happen in the not too distant future if the current tread continues. Pay not up to scratch. And with a very low percentage of reps hitting number this becomes an even bigger issue. A total disconnect with reality. Disastrous middle management with occasional rare exceptions. Appalling training. Massive attrition rates. I could go on but you get the picture....................

Pros

Qualtrics really does try to hire the best people. They just don't want to pay the best people.

Cons

Not at all competitive when it comes to salary. They don't make it attractive to stay with Qualtrics. Your mid level managers don't have leadership experience or quality educations.

We appreciate your feedback. Thank you for making time to share. We work very hard to hire the best people and to train and develop them once they arrive. Our hiring and training are always improving and we would love to have you share any specific feedback with us as to how we can improve. As for Utah, we're honored to be here and grateful to see that the company and the state are continually being recognized as leaders in technology. Forbes recently wrote a large story highlighting Qualtrics and calling Utah "Cloud Computing's New Capital" (https://www.forbes.com/sites/alexkonrad/2017/07/11/how-utahs-silicon-slopes-became-clouds-new-capital/#61c17eda3310) and this New York Times piece came out just yesterday highlighting the incredible role of Qualtrics and the state of Utah in the tech space: https://www.nytimes.com/2017/10/11/business/smallbusiness/tech-start-ups-utah.html
