Thank you for your feedback. One quick point of clarification - criteria for advancement is standard for all quota carrying sales roles based completely on quota attainment.

V transparent culture. They expect you to work hard and equip you to work hard at the same time. Young and vibrant culture. Great benefits and onsite facilities, and love that they're always looking to improve it. Opportunities for career progression.

Pros

Exciting and positive workplace. Systematic fast-paced work that gives a good rhythm of the work. Great team and support system. Opportunities for work shadowing meaning you're always comfortable in what you're expected to do in your work.

Cons

Not many downsides. There are metrics to meet but they are manageable and fair.
