Challenge Yourself ...

Pros

Qualtrics is a great place to work, if you're looking for a job will open up new opportunities to you as a professional. Working here continues to challenge me on a daily basis and has enabled me to bring all of the skills I've learnt so far to the fore front. Whether it's coaching, communicating or collaborating, each interaction continues to keep me engaged and inspired. The pace at which Qualtrics is growing, and as such which we work at, is incredible, and honestly not for everyone .... The ability for me to solve for problems that haven't been solved for before, plus the super smart people I work with everyday, are a couple of the reasons I enjoy working here.

Cons

Sometimes it can feel like pushing water uphill when you need to get things done quickly, as the decision makers are still heavily centered in the US. However, the frustrations that this causes is counter balanced with the fact that we're finding our way, turning the obstructions into possibilities and setting the stage for a truly successful business here in EMEA.

Pros

The engineers at the company are very intelligent, driven, and generally good to work with. Office perks don't match companies like Google, but considering the size they are doing a great job with what they have. There is a lot of product growth within the company and chances for developers to expand their skill set and take on responsibility.

Cons

Career progression is poorly defined, and the team you are on can have a big impact on how much you progress (and enjoy your work). On-call can be stressful. Some legacy parts of the code base are annoying to work with.
