Great People but Recent Changes Were Disappointing

Pros

Talented and supportive managers (London) Great colleagues and positive work culture Best benefits package I’ve seen — commuter allowance, daily Deliveroo. Good laptop and work equipment Company events like SKO and X4 Early career exposure to large responsibilities with clients

Cons

There was a sudden role shift from TAM to TSM, with major changes to the job description overnight. Despite the significant increase in responsibilities, there were no salary adjustments offered. It felt like part of a soft layoff and broader company restructuring, leaving employees with no real options. Many talented colleagues left as a result, and while leadership framed it as a "positive change," it was clearly a move to cut costs. That said, day-to-day life is still made better by amazing managers (especially in London), strong team culture, and excellent benefits.
