used to be good, has been downhill ever since the PE took ownership

good benefit, healthcare, office environment and offer food The culture used to be very good before the PE took over

Too many changes for org structure and management They lay off people whenever they want to, and nobody does these people's jobs, no knowledge transfer, so everything is a mess People lost trust over the time and have been leaving the firm, and after they leave, they don't hire new people, our work just doubled No room to grow due to budget
