Pros

Great people to work with. Most managers really care about their teams.

Cons

Senior management at the company level have ruined the company from the top down. It is a shell of what it once was. Qualtrics is the “leader” in experience management, but they do not believe or practice it internally. This may sound bitter or resentful, but it is the truth. There is no meaningful action or accountability taken from the top and they’re paid extravagantly. The once great culture at Qualtrics is gone and dead. Within Engineering, the leaders who built the org are all gone, and the new leaders are off to a rocky start. They are outsourcing many engineering jobs to cheaper offices outside of the US.

Pros

-It's employee experience is better than most other companies -Stock benefits are nice if you are planning on staying more than 3 years. -Team chemistry is some of the best I've seen in my whole career -Career growth opportunities are great due to encouraged mobility within the company (you can move to a different team relatively easily if you are hitting your limit in terms of career growth on your team) -work life balance is there if you force it

Cons

-I have zero trust for senior leadership. They are more Transparent with external shareholders than with their own employees (lots of internal embellishment to attempt to keep morale high that doesn't show up in external communications) -They are constantly reorganizing the company to try to improve collaboration, but the truth is the processes and key metrics are not aligned across departments. -They twist data to fit their narrative instead of building their plans/making decisions based on data -DEI has not been a focus through the return to office mandate distractions

Toxic, Stay Away

Pros

The company mission is worthwhile Some really great people in pockets Free lunches

Cons

Sales enablement is non existent or poor. First line management are either imports or sell-outs who do not Qualitatively help customer facing staff with issues. There is a culture of toxic positivity that it is heresy to go against even when the stock is falling. The CEO makes 0.5 billion dollars a year and the exec team line their pockets. Recently after missing targets they gave themselves a promotion vs paltry pay increases for staff. Political assignment of accounts with frequent moving of goalposts. Do not trust anybody. Unless there is a serious gutting of the leadership team and a huge cultural change this organisation is lost
