Pros

From day one at Qualtrics you will feel like you are part of a team and something very exciting. The training and support that we receive is excellent. You get 1-1 time with senior management. You can express ideas freely and openly. You are even asked to own great ideas when you come up with them so that you can make it happen. The road map to develop your career at Qualtrics is clearly outlined from day 1. It's up to you to work hard, it never goes unnoticed. From free lunch on a Friday to getting to help out at events. It's an amazing place if you want to have huge career.

Cons

The job is not easy, but I think any job worth doing should be hard. You need to be self-motivated and driven to succeed. Some days you may have to work harder to hit your targets, but in the end you are always rewarded. Being organised is key to success at Qualtrics.

Pros

Qualtrics does a great job keeping the vision of the company with their weekly meetings. The work environment is really nice and open and there is plenty of snacks to keep you happy throughout the day. I enjoyed the people that I worked with there.

Cons

My perspective is that you stay in a lot of the roles longer than you should be there. I felt like I saw people in OpDev and Support for extended periods of time when they should have moved up the ladder. And the ladder for support is pretty short as you basically have two options of a Client Success type of role or Panels. I chose to leave because I didn't feel I was growing anymore. I felt that way after about 10 months of working there and stayed another 5 months after that and it didn't change, despite trying to convey some of that frustration. At the time I was there, I know from the support team the most valuable people on the team did not feel that they were getting appreciated or bonused appropriately. I sometimes heard from sales employees "Why can't we keep our best support individuals?" I believe this has improved, however. It also seems like it would be a hard place to work longer than 2 years unless you are an engineer or rockstar in sales. The hard thing with sales though is the cycle is so long you may take nearly a year to realize that the deals you thought you would have are not going to pan out. I feel like they underpay at Qualtrics because they are able to keep most employees happy with the culture, snacks, etc.

Pros

It is one of the best learning environments I have ever been in. People give sales a bad name but our job stays interesting every day because we are essentially a consultant helping solve difficult problems for the worlds most powerful companies! The people are absolutely amazing, the company is growing fast, and the opportunities are unlimited. If you perform here, you can do whatever you want. Really cool work perks too.

Cons

It's a quota based position so if you don't perform you take work home with you every day. This can get very stressful. If you work hard it is pretty easy to stay on top of the game.
