Pros

-Awesome leadership team -Great culture, young crowd -Sell to CTO's, CEO's, Deans, etc at a young age

Cons

-Low salary with inflated promises of commission earnings -No clear picture of employee equity -Boring after a while (was in sales) -If you're destined to be a rock star in your career, you're too late in the game to be a key player at Qualtrics.

Pros

Free food, healthcare coverage. They have defined a somewhat transparent culture which is positive and the Founder is genuinely looking out for the employees.

Cons

It is one of the most "bro" companies I have ever been a part of. Individuals in management positions are constantly looking out for their "buddies" and pass them hot leads, good accounts and commission opportunities consistently. That is about the only thing they are consistent in. Other than that, they make special exceptions on certain protocols to benefit those they support and/or want to succeed. Ever read the book "From Good to Great?" They are good at best.
