      Pros

      Transparency. Upward mobility for those who perform. Dynamic culture. Exciting growth opportunities. Very good leadership with people who are passionate about making a difference for both clients and employees. The culture is unlike any other that I have seen or heard of.

      Cons

      The hiring bar is set very high which may be frustrating for some (very selective). The compensation structure is set to highly reward those who achieve, which can leave those who don't (and sometimes those ramping up) with an unpleasant experience.

      Lots of opportunity - Does not come quick and easy but 100% available to those that work for it Great learning experience as the company is growing so fast Great people, especially if you are friendly and not entitled Top of the line product and client list

      Cons

      Takes time to build experience and pipeline - this is a positive if your looking long term Occasional growing pains of a billion dollar start up (good problems to have)

      Career advice from Eric Schmidt, Executive Chairman at Google: "Get on a rocket ship. When companies are growing quickly and they are having a lot of impact, careers take care of themselves. And when companies aren’t growing quickly or their missions don’t matter as much, that’s when stagnation and politics come in. If you’re offered a seat on a rocket ship, don’t ask what seat. Just get on." Qualtrics is a rocket ship. The opportunities here are unbelievable. It is such a dynamic workplace. As the company grows, things are constantly evolving and improving. The ability to pivot and grow is a must. There's never a dull moment on the job at Qualtrics. As an employee, my contributions are valued and my successes are noticed and rewarded. Management is excellent - from team leads up to the founders. They are passionate about Qualtrics and want their employees to be successful. The people I work with are fantastic across the board. I love coming to work. This is a great place to begin or to grow your career.
