Pros

The reason I left a large company I was working for to come here was the opportunity for growth. When I start the company was very small less than 40 employees. The compensation in regards to salary was tolerable, high than a lot of places but that is not where my money has been made. My money has been made with a very aggressive commission structure. There are clear cut and achievable ways to move up in the management and there are no limits on the number of managers the company can have. Moving up in the company is totally based on you and no one else. We are growing everyday and continue to expand new space in our building for the next generations of employees. We hire amazing people with a multitude of talents. The money is great. It takes a few months to build up a pipeline so that you are making 80k+ a year but once you have done that you can easily grow and sustain that income year over year.

Cons

The only downside to working at Qualtrics from some points of view would be the low starting salary. It is high considering the role you will be in but where the real money is made is in what you sell. It takes several months to build your pipeline and beginning closing deals, once you have done that you are closing deals about once a week. It is not an easy job in terms of the challenges you face day to day. You get out of it exactly what you put into it.

Pros

The opportunity to sell a product which is the industry leader in its market. Fun, friendly, and competitive work environment. A job where I am stretched everyday and leadership opportunities come off of performance and not tenure.

Cons

Well, honestly it is very hard to think of any downsides. About the only downside I can think of is that Qualtrics does not match 401k.

Pros

As a college student nearing graduation I was surprised how much of a chance I was given by Qualtrics. I was never discriminated at based on my age or work experience. From Day 1, I was able to control my salary, my position and my happiness on the job by how hard I worked and how much success I saw. While the sales process is very demanding and at times stressful, the corporate environment is far more fun and relaxed. Sports tournaments, company lunches, clubs and groups are common in a very fun and modern work environment. At the end of the day, I can think of many jobs where the owners know everyone personally by name and I couldn't think of a better place to work.

Cons

The pressure to close is very high. You're expected to succeed and earn your worth at the company. If you're not competitive and driven, chances are Qualtrics sales won't be a good fit.
