Safe yourself, do not come to this sinking ship Leadership consists of white mormon men Basically everybody in the Provo office is mormon, which leads to very obvious sexism The amount of racism I have encountered here is astronomical Things change every two days I swear No opportunity for growth

Pros

The people you work with are great. Smart, hard working and team players, for the most part.

Cons

Leadership is inexperienced at running a more mature company. There are constant re-orgs, goals are not aligned to comp. There has been a lack of focus and make the right investments. Also, it is the least diverse company you will ever work at-- there are few opportunities for women in leadership. to the point that they have actually DEMOTED women recently

Yes they did. The biggest pro here is how clearly they are trying to get people to quit.

Cons

We got bought out by private equity and have a leadership team that drive the company into the ground and looks around like “who could have done this!?”
