Pros

Qualtrics had a high hiring bar for a long time. I have worked with a number of incredible and talented individuals throughout my time, and they are by far the best part of the company. Sadly, many have either been laid off or are departing as Qualtrics has had a major shift in direction.

Cons

The current leadership team betrays every value Qualtrics was built on. Years of mismanagement, egregious pay for executives, bad accountability at the upper layers have made Qualtrics a husk of what it once was. Unfortunately, now employees are paying the price while executives have lined their pockets yet again after selling the company to a private equity firm.

Pros

Qualtrics has a best in class product that out performs competitors. There is an opportunity to do well in sales depending on territory and verticals. There are some great people.

Cons

The worst senior leadership team in tech. Soulless, overpaid corporate goons, who make mistake after mistake and blame everyone but themselves. Honestly just awful people at their core.

Pros

Good work life balance but only if you have the right team, function, and manager

Cons

The company used to have some diversity in their leadership team. Now it's all white males + 2 white females who do stereotypical female jobs (comms & HR). Company culture has tanked a lot in the last few years. Exec leaders are extremely overpaid and completely not accountable for performance. They push all the dirty work to middle managers who are expected to be the enforcers of their half-baked policies. Many of us are uninspired about where this company is going and are actively looking for other jobs. The way they laid off 15% of the workforce was very unempathetic - ironic for a company that literally sells employee experience software and services.
