TERRIBLE leadership. Not trustworthy. They did layoffs and the CEO didn’t even acknowledge those they let go. It was swept under the rug. They are all fake. And it’s all for show. Would never work here ever again. No one is sincere.

Pre-IPO leadership and employees are dropping like flies, our RSUs are worth peanuts, even for tenured employees. The uniqueness of the culture got lost when SAP acquired us and has never really recovered since. Qualtrics preaches that they care about mental wellness and they try to position themselves as THE company for employee experience but in reality, half of my team is on anxiety medication and severely burned out from the last couple of years. Many of the reps I talk to are trying to make a gracious exit.
