Pros

-Work from home -Consistent hours -They will usually promote from within or from other campaigns

Cons

-Management plays favorites and has a high level of immaturity -They will change the job description on you without giving you notice -They will lie about ROI metrics about our services to the brands we represent -The marc fisher campaign is the worst one they have -Little to no training or prep for customer service work

Nothing at all is a pro.

Cons

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Dont work here. They don't like giving overtime and they will adjust you time if it happens. For example if your scheduled 8-5 and you get a call directly at 5, you have to take it, even though the next day your lunch will be extended to make sure you stay under 40 hours.They suck as a company and are very shady, I would never recommend.
