Pros

Great life work balance. If you have things going on they are great with giving time off.

Cons

Low Pay No PTO, Sick Time Management could be better and the ability to move up within the company isn’t all they make it seem. They seemed to always reward the same people even if you worked extremely hard to exceed they pay no attention to it.
