Plus remote work YAY for that

Cons

BIG MINUS "family" work environment but treated like a number! Managers get aggressive when numbers aren't met! Training was fast and quick and nobody know what they are doing fly by the seem style! Was offered a "Team Lead" job 3 days after training(I still didn't know what I was doing!
