Pros

The team I work with are very friendly and supportive. I haven't been with the company over a year however they have already shown me how appreciative they are.

Cons

The notification of new training classes can be very short. I believe the team should have over 1 week of a notice to properly prepare trainings.

-one on one coaching sessions -they want you to be the best YOU -even being virtual; there’s always communication -(most have) set schedules

Cons

-you never know what kind of customers you’re going to get -some days are busier than others

Pros

Management is amazing, and are willing to work with you and communicate well and they treat you like human beings, my campaign is great, I am on my second one with the company and I have enjoyed them both so far, My hours are decent as well. Benefits are available and 401K also
