-Lots of different campaigns to choose from -Some campaigns provide equipment -Has benefits -Option to work from home -Opportunities to move up -Open chats for assistance and communication with team leads and management(if you work from home)

Cons

-Working from home sometimes it is a little crazy trying to get equipment -Health care program is so-so -Lots of updates occur for improvement that can be good or not
