Pros

It has a wonderful and welcoming training program to get you started and then your team leaders are all super interactive and encouraging. Everyone is very easy to get ahold of if you ever need help and they genuinely make you feel like your work is appreciated.

Cons

Sometimes scripts change so you have to be prepared to adapt and answer customer questions you may not have been prepared for.
